Interactive

As a support technician for a real estate firm, new company resources were available. For staff members, I created an interactive a single module containing visual walkthrough describing how to set up an iPhone, register personal key card for printing, using company conferencing, and conference room details.

As a support technician for an international organization, iPhones were assigned as user resource. For point of reference, I created an interactive module containing visual walkthrough to answer commonly asked questions, and decrease user ticket inquiries.

This independent custom project is an interactive music and video player designed to showcase work from individual artists through a central hub. It is designed to allow any user to choose from a list of media, as well as send contact information.
